About Us

Meet the medytrak Team

At Medytrak, we are dedicated to revolutionizing patient care through advanced digital health solutions. Our team unites industry leaders from healthcare, technology, finance, and business, each committed to empowering patients and healthcare providers with real-time data and personalized support.

Our Story

medytrak was founded with a simple but ambitious goal: to empower patients and healthcare providers through smarter technology. Born in Galway from a diverse team of medical professionals, technologists, and business leaders, we saw firsthand how digital tools could bridge gaps in care, making health data work for everyone.

Our journey began by listening to real needs—doctors who craved up-to-date patient insights, patients who wanted a voice in their care, and families hoping for reassurance. Driven by values of integrity, innovation, and compassion, we created an mHealth platform that now enables real-time symptom tracking and seamless provider-patient connection

We’re proud of our team’s expertise: from R&D leaders and chartered accountants to experienced clinicians, business strategists, and sales professionals. Together, our backgrounds fuel our shared mission—to make healthcare more personal, responsive, and effective.

At Medytrak, we don’t just build digital solutions—we build trust, partnerships, and a better future for patient care.
